ABOUT THE DOLLS
As primeiras bonecas começaram a ser fotografadas em 2005 no pátio azul da minha casa, o que deu origem ao nome do blogue.
A partir de 2011 saíram do pátio para o mundo em busca de novos horizontes.
Cada boneca é única e irrepetível. Figuras de aparência delicada, pequenas como um palmo, preciosas como joias, simples como o gesto que as cria, sensíveis como tendo uma alma, são essencialmente muito femininas.
Há quem diga que são auto-retratos, “alter-egos”, um reflexo da minha pessoa, talvez assim seja…
The blog is named after the place where the dolls were first photographed in 2005: the blue patio of my house.
As from 2011 they went out into the world looking for new horizons….
Every doll is unique and unrepeatable. These delicate figures, no bigger than a palm, as precious as jewels, as simple as the gesture that creates them, as sensitive as beholding a soul are very feminine in their essence.
Some people say they are self-portraits, “alter-egos”, a reflex of myself… It may be so.
